Kyle Nix came on with six minutes remaining as Bradford City won 2-0 at Chesterfield in League Two on Saturday 2 May 2009.
Nix replaced Nicky Law as the Bantams won with goals from Dean Furman (54) and Michael Boulding (87) to end the season in ninth place.
