Kyle Nix has said ‘Thanks but no thanks’ to Bradford City after they released him but then said he could come back in pre-season to trial for the club.
Nix said ‘I don’t think I need to prove myself again’, and it’s hard not to argue.
It means he leaves after making 63 appearances for the club (eight goals) but, more importantly, with the feeling that he never gave anything less than 100 percent on the field.
